The book You Are Not A Gadget: A Manifesto by Jaron Lanier, essentially about the dehumanization of today’s society, what with the entire world going digital. People are no longer being identified as real, live flesh-and-blood beings and the sources of our own creativity, but rather as anonymous online fragments of creativity.
