Mary is a first-year student in Professional Writing at Algonquin College. For most of her life, she has lived in a small town near Toronto. Lately, she has made Ottawa her new home.
An avid chocolate-lover, she enjoys ruining her eyes with books, spending time with her bizarre gaggle of friends, and watching a good tear-jerker. Although she has a long way to go, Mary hopes to write something that will make a difference in the world. (And put a few coins in her pocket!)

Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 2:38PM Here I am, at my desk, nibbling on a chunk of Lindt chocolate, blogging about chocolate. I must admit that I’ve learned a lot about chocolate so far. I also had a lot of fun running around, finding chocolate shops and sampling various treats in Canada’s capital. I’ve never eaten so much chocolate in such a short period in my life.
